Orders and Shipping

Orders take between 3 hrs and 3 working days.

To create an account, just click on my-account button at the top of any page, or add your products to the shopping basket and proceed with checkout, you’ll be able to create an account.

On you “My Account” page, navigate to “Addresses

To Track your order, just click on Track My Order at the top of any page. 

We do not keep credit card info on file. 

All Credit Card transactions are processed via PayPal for international clients who’d love to shop for their kin in Kenya. 

All taxes are already included in the final price as displayed to you. 

We do ship to all locations in Kenya

We try to pack all items in one package. Whenever this becomes a challenge, we communicate in time. 

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

This is rare but it can happen. If you receive an item you didn’t expect, confirm from your orders page. After confirmation, just get in touch with us via WhatsApp, Customer Support Page, or Call us.

In this case, we’ll refund for or exchange the damaged items. 

Just drop it off in one of our shops/fitting locations.

Call us immediately for us to change the delivery details. If order is out for delivery already, we will share the return and re-shipping transport.

No you Can’t. Once items are sold out, you cannot order them as the order button is deactivated.
